2008 AIA Integrated Project Delivery Agreements
In May 2008 the AIA released the Institute's first ever agreements for integrated project delivery. Implementing principles and concepts laid out in “ Integrated Project Delivery: A Guide, ” the AIA provides agreements for two levels of integrated project delivery. The first type is transitional and offers a comfortable first step into integrated project delivery; the second type introduces a fully integrated way of delivering a design and construction project.
